@samtstern I think I've finally eradicated all the
onDataChangedbugs! 😄This PR fixes the edge case where if the key array calls
onDataChangedbut is empty, the index array won't notify its client because there were noonChildChangedevents to switch themHasPendingMoveOrDeleteflag.
