[FR]: Upload Crashlytics data even if app is never restarted

Description

Currently I only get Crashlytics data when I restart the app.
Not all users will restart the app when it crashes, so crash rates will be undercounted and rare issues may be missed.

Could Crashlytics use some sort of background task to send crash reports soon after a crash or does Apple not allow that?
