- Drop visionOS build and test
- See [macOS] Xcodes visionOS platform will be removed from macOS-14 images on September 23, 2024 actions/runner-images#10559
- Drop macos-13
- Add Xcode 16
- Install SPM dependencies once per workflow
- Disable warning checks for Auth with Xcode 16 - see Restore CI warnings-as-errors for FirebaseAuth pod tests with Xcode 16 #13704
- auth, appdistribution, abtesting and vertexai done so far
