This PR adds a plugin for annotating the results of the cwe_checker in Ghidra. Its usage is documented in the
ghidra_plugin/cwe_checker_ghidra_plugin.pyfile. It is also documented in the generated html documentation. The online documentation will be updated when version 0.3 gets published, which hopefully will be very soon.
