fix: deleting a discussion from the profile does not visually remove it

Changes proposed in this pull request:
Changes the discussion controls to always use the correct state instead of assuming only global discussion list state.

• Frontend changes: tested on a local Flarum installation.
• Backend changes: tests are green (run composer test).
• Core developer confirmed locally this works as intended.
• Tests have been added, or are not appropriate here.
