GNOME notes uses org.freedesktop.portal.Email interface to send notes through email.
It used to provide only "subject" and "body" parameters to "ComposeEmail" DBus function call and then the email app open the compose email window so user could add information like email address to send to, cc or any other information the user seems suitable for.
Recently (not sure when, I couldn't track it down) it stop working.
When analyzing the issue I noticed the interface now is expecting "address" parameter as well.
I changed GNOME Notes to provide a fake email, but that is not a desired behavior. It would be better if we don't have to do so and let that field empty so user can provide the email address later in the email app compose window.
