Would be great if you could send and receive binary in base64 using this library to auto convert between browser and server.

That's a great idea! Would you be interested in contributing a PR for this? You'd need to add a new transformer and some tests. Here's a code example: https://github.com/blitz-js/superjson/blob/59ab16bfa3e164fb1a53f374f1fefff46d24ec37/src/transformer.ts#L58
