Although the tables have the same primary key, when i insert or change the value of the master table's primary key the primary keys it does not update the other tables' values.

I consider the table YEAR, as the master table , with a primary key called year and all the other tables have a primary key year which is a foreign key that refers to YEAR's primary key.
