Document and write the core wiki page by explaining the new Dataflow V2 (#526), the pipeline system (see src/core/steps/pipeline/pipeline.ts and partially the interface wiki page).

In steps:

  • update the minimum version supported by flowR from 4.x to 3.6 - 4.4
  • Parsing Step
  • Normalization Step
  • Dataflow Step
  • Slicing & Reconstruct Step

For figures, first use mermaid we may switch to nicer ones in the future. Please make sure to not copy wording from the underlying sources (papers, master's thesis, ...).
