• tls.windows.certstore_name
• tls.windows.use_enterprise_store

Note that the two windows certstore configuration options are available as global options for output and input plugins listed in TLS docs: https://docs.fluentbit.io/manual/administration/transport-security and will be added in rolling configuration option updates. For now updating the TLS doc with correct and complete configuration options table.
