CIFuzz currently breaking #11227
Description
There are some updates on OSS-Fuzz migrating to Ubuntu 24 which are causing CIFuzz issues. A fix is being developed in google/oss-fuzz#14350
Will close this once it is succeeded. There is nothing to do on Fluent-bit's side here, but leaving the issue here so it's visible.
