Add an Apache Doris Output Plugin

I'd like to add a doris output plugin which will send logs to Apache Doris, a modern data warehouse for real-time analytics.
Coud you give me some advice?

Generally speaking most plugins out variants of the http or tcp ones as a base with custom specifics added on top.
