Am2320

Added AM2320/2321 sensor support, that allows temperature/humidity monitoring through the I2C sensor device. This is tested with stdout output plugin on Raspberry Pi Model B+ with Rasbian.
Any comments are appreciated.

I'd be happy to merge this feature but we need the code be licensed under the Apache v2, please refer to the new section added into the contribution guidelines:

If you submit everything under Apache License v2 we should be OK.
