feat(FormBuilderTextField): #1334 set enableSuggestions default to true

Solution description

This sets the default of enableSuggestions on FormBuilderTextField to true. This is also the default of the normal TextField widget. (see https://api.flutter.dev/flutter/material/TextField/enableSuggestions.html)
