The wasm benchmarks were disabled in #8308.

We can re-enable once dart-lang/sdk#56664 is fixed and the fix makes its way to the Flutter SDK. We will need to upgrade to a version of Flutter containing the Dart SDK changes as part of re-enabling the dart2wasm benchmarks.
