This updates the textmate grammar used for syntax highlighting to the latest one from https://github.com/dart-lang/dart-syntax-highlight.
I also added a few additional tests for some of the things that were fixed by these changes. These are mostly for convenience (to catch issues earlier if making changes to the grammar parser here) because the grammar itself (in the repo above) has similar (and more thorough) golden tests.
