Update `engine_hash.{dart|sh}`

need to be updated to be the same as
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/blob/2e78e749e62f73de5a343836916a7b6d5550d51f/bin/internal/update_dart_sdk.sh

(its basically the git hash); that will fix google3 bot when we get there.

I'm confused on what exactly needs to change (and why) - the Dart script in particular seems unused (outside of its own test), and the Shell script, used in google3, I'm not sure why that needs realm logic or what exactly should be done here :)

I think they'll just need rev-pasrse HEAD
because they are taking it from master already
