The previous integration test only tested one workflow, so I re-designed the test to be able to test both workflows and validate the correct commands are being used.

Follow up to #173443.

Code Review

This pull request enables a test for Xcode debugging workflows by modifying the CI configuration and the test script itself. The changes in .ci.yaml correctly enable the hot_mode_dev_cycle_ios_xcode_debug test on presubmit and pin it to a specific OS and SDK version. In hot_mode_dev_cycle_ios_xcode_debug.dart, the logic for toggling LLDB debugging has been commented out. My feedback focuses on improving code maintainability by suggesting the complete removal of this commented-out code, as it's preferable to deleting it rather than leaving it in the codebase.

// await disableLLDBDebugging();
// This isn't actually a benchmark test, so do not use the returned `benchmarkScoreKeys` result.
await createHotModeTest()();
return TaskResult.success(null);
} finally {
await enableLLDBDebugging();
// await enableLLDBDebugging();

Since the calls to disableLLDBDebugging and enableLLDBDebugging are commented out, the try...finally block is no longer necessary. It's better to remove the try...finally and the commented-out lines to improve code clarity and maintainability.1

    // This isn't actually a benchmark test, so do not use the returned `benchmarkScoreKeys` result.
    await createHotModeTest()();
    return TaskResult.success(null);

I'm supportive of the rename but note that this will need to get cherry picked if you want these tests to run on beta/stable branches (I'm guessing important here?)
