This PR adds support for KEDA
HTTPScaledObjectsto be used as an auto scaler for workloads. A newHTTPScaledObjectReconcilernamedHTTPScaledObjectReconcilerhas been introduced which reconcilesHTTPScaledObjects. Users can specify a reference to their existingHTTPScaledObjectusing.spec.autoscalerRefin theCanarydefinition.It has been tested on my cluster.
