Support for git repository update notifications based on selective file patterns

The custom resource status (transition timestamp and url) should only change when a change occurred to a file that is included by the ignorePatterns specification, see issue #74

Should this just be notifications or should it be the entire resource isn't reconciled based on selective file patterns?
