Index sites affected : The Index, EverythingMoe, Wotaku
Updated URL to specific section of the category.
More specific naming of the index.
Include other category.
Context
Changed Wotaku description from "Japanese Piracy Index" to "Otaku Index" because the site not exclusive to pirated stuff. also it's what they call them self in the homepage.
Same reasoning with EverythingMoe.
On specific category, the description of the site index changed to specific type of index instead of general site description.
