Description

Added Tropical Tidbits under Climate / Weather, provides maps and data for the current hurricane season.
Added Dimensions under Art / Editing, has drawings/3D models and measurements of common objects, useful for art reference.
Added OSS Gallery to FOSS index list under Freeware Sites.
Added Telegram next to NattoSumo under Sports Replays.
Added Truncate under Puzzle Games.
Added SafeROMs back to ROM Sites.

Cleaned up the Ambient / Relaxation section - merged similar links onto the same line and removed many links for having few sounds/paywalls or otherwise being lower quality than other options.

Starred myNoise under Ambient / Relaxation. It has a wide variety of sounds and presets and is a longstanding website that receives regular updates. I would say it's the best ambient sound mixer.

Moved DevTunes FM to Podcasts / Radio since it has more than just ambient or lofi stations.

Fixed some typos.

Types of changes

Thank you looks good, got all the changes added except removing all the ambient sites, I don't see any real reason to do that.
