This is in reference to fog#328 Unfortunately I will not have time to implement support for managing the actual ALBs and all that is reated to them.

Some APIs for target groups are missing. For example AttachLoadBalancerTargetGroups and DetachLoadBalancerTargetGroups on the auto scaling group.
I will try to look into implementing those.
