Removes skip_remote_sessions config option and updates the new command to show a select UI filtered to non-remote sessions instead of defaulting to claude.

Description
When you have a lot of tmux sessions active on your machine, starting a new
session via select or toggle can take ~5 seconds. If we know exactly what we
want to do just intead start the session directly.
