The initial launch of the new foodcoops.net infrastructure. Everything that is minimally required to get up and running. All features that existing foodcoops use need to be working (restricted to foodcoops/foodsoft version).
After this, German foodcoops will be able to move.
Note that this does not include the migration yet, but all required to do so.
