What does this PR do?
ts5, plus a few breaking changes from ts in the messageTransformer
use ts-patch @W-14388558@ (STL and SDR have already been completed, this is the last step for the WI)
QA:
STL and SDR use this messageTransformer business to inline their messages. You could link this into either one of those, run
yarn build
and then look atmessages
content to verify the transformation.alternatively, you could take any plugin and change it (see the README update here) to do the transformation and view its messages
