mtriage-server takes a folder of passes produced by mtriage, which can be either local or remote in something like AWS S3, and makes them available via a simple set of API endpoints.
See mtriage-viewer for a detailed example of how to consume mtriage-server's endpoints.
First tweak the global var ROOT
in app.py to point to your folder of local
batches.
conda env create -f environment.yml
conda activate mtriage-server
env FLASK_ENV=development flask run
