Ticketer does not allow to create stealth tickets with the default duration of 10 hours defined in Active Directory.
In the current version it is not possible to create a ticket of less than 24 hours (1 day).
This PR allows to define the duration of a ticket more finely by specifying a number of hours instead of a number of days.
The default ticketer duration remains unchanged for 10 years.
