Setup up database table and resource models to store tasks in a queue instead of pushing directly
makes for easier debugging to include the curl error in the admin warning in sys/conf
API is not directly called from the observer but job with required data is stored in queue table for later processing
Config.xml has configuration for the cronjob and cron.php retrieves queue from database and processes it
