Fixes #1033
Changes: Removed unnecessary layouts(views) from all layout files to make them more efficient. All the layouts look the same except edit_profile_fragment -> There was a bug where background option was used instead of backgroundTint on a button.
orders_completed_fragment -> Text views weren't aligned properly.
