feat: add --use and --no-auto-detect to verify-contract

Describe the feature you would like

I'm using NixOS and when trying to verify contracts there's issues with solc.
Running forge build with --no-auto-detect or --use works fine but when verifying contracts there's no option to specify these flags.

Would be great to get these flags with verify-contract to be able to bypass this issue with NixOS
