Motivation
Cancun adds three new opcodes (MCOPY, TLOAD, TSTORE) that we want to support when disassembling smart contract code from binary to human readable opcodes.

Add new opcodes to the
evm-disassemblerlibrary (see pr) and bump dependency (this pr)
