Edwin's Obsidian Emoji Tools Plugin

Combines the features of two emoji plugins (acknowledged below).

Features

Adds the Emoji Toolbar: Open emoji picker command to open the emoji-mart emoji picker
Press :, then any character to open an inline emoji selection widget. Subsequent characters filter the selection list
