@jasikpark We could add that too. I'd just like for there to be at least one easy way of downloading Oasis and running it without a full development environment. The more the merrier. |

What is the purpose of this pull request? Add Electron as a distribution format with Travis CI support.
What changes did you make? (brief overview) Added
package.jsonconfig andbuilddirectory from Patchwork (AGPL).Is there anything you'd like reviewers to focus on? I'm not sure that this PR is ready yet, I'll update this when the tests are passing.
