Steps to replicate the issue

Create the purchase order with 10 qty
Make purchase invoice for the 5 qty with update stock and submit it.
Make purchase receipt for remaining 5 qty and submit it.
System shows the status of purchase receipt as Completed but ideally it should be To Bill
This is an automatic backport of pull request fix: incorrectly billed amount in the purchase receipt #46239 done by Mergify.
