Based on endoflife.date, Fedora 35 support has ended about a month ago. Moreover we see the following error when we try to perform dnf install on Fedora 35:

Status code: 404 for https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fedora-35&arch=x86_64 (IP: 18.159.254.57)

This affects our builds, so it's best if we remove Fedora 35 support.

Fedora 35 has reached its end of life [1], so we remove it from our CI
builds.

Closes #308
