Add AG scrapers from the following states/territories/district Alabama Alaska Arizona Arkansas Colorado Connecticut Washington, DC Delaware Florida Georgia Hawaii Idaho Illinois Indiana Kansas Kentucky Louisiana Maine Michigan Minnesota Missouri Montana North Carolina North Dakota Nebraska Nevada New Hampshire New Jersey Northern Mariana Islands Ohio Oregon Pennsylvania South Carolina South Dakota Tennessee Virginia Vermont Washington Wisconsin West Virginia Sadly... 7 states and 3 territories failed to work. Either for posting on Google Drive, Not finding them or no longer issuing them.

Do we need an issue in CL to add support for these jurisdictions? |
Date filed is required but was not properly set up for testing on scrapers that collect it via text extract
Update all tests

@mlissner probably, but im going add some notes to the issue because it think there are some things to think about. |

This is on hold until it's a higher priority. If a volunteer wants to do a review and figure out the impact this would have on CL, that'd be welcome. |
