Remove the .container suffix, links with that stopped working when we upgraded our host to Rocky Linux 8 with docker-ce 3:26.1.3-1.el8, which was unexpected.

Partially addresses freezingsaddles/freezing-web#280 - this is in the middle of the OS upgrade cycle to Rocky Linux 9. This also fixed my localdev environment - I can check http://localhost:8000 now and get |

Removed the .container suffix, links with that stopped working when we upgraded our host to Rocky Linux 8 with docker-ce 3:26.1.3-1.el8, which was unexpected. Folks will likely need to update their localdev
.envfiles with theSQLALCHEMY_URLthat has justmysqlinstead ofmysql.containeras the host name.
