Update recorder.md to improve YAML example.

Changed YAML example to show stats list as required by recorder statistics service and change source to recorder (as calls with source other than "recorder" were rejected)

Motivation and Context

Existing YAML example doesn't show the stats in the list format required by the service.

I found an example in this discussion #19 and tested using this format.

How has this been tested?

I have loaded 16 months worth of hourly history for Battery Import, Export, Grid Import and Export, and Solar production, and verified that these load correctly.
