This little module allows us to remove the delegators in a future commit. They are quite clunky to work with.
The order can be called to reset discounts on all leaf items. This is what does it.
It's less change to all rules and actions if we just use the core Solidus models to store discounts.
We don't need these delegators, as they are somewhat unwieldy.
