Drag and Drop freezes in Firefox

While dragging a node close to the left border of the sortable-tree in Firefox (60.0), the drag and drop functionality reproducibly "freezes" (the drop preview no longer updates). This only happens in Firefox for me, Chrome works as expected.
I'm running Ubuntu 16.04 (4.13.0-40).

This can be reproduced using the default CodeSandbox example.

Just out of curiosity, do you happen to know why this works in Chrome but not in Firefox? :)

@daniel-wer to be honest, I am not sure. Maybe drag events don't fire when you drag back in from outside of the window?
