Bumps to version 2.0 Migrate from packages.config to PackageReference https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/nuget/consume-packages/migrate-packages-config-to-package-reference Bump TargetFrameworkVersion to v4.7.2 Adds InstallationTarget for VS2022.
