发现和一次性打开多个书签的使用场景有点冲突，是不是要加个是否自动跟随页签刷新的开关啊？

反正要实现这个功能的话，有些逻辑肯定是要改动的。

如果你只是嫌弃刷新动态书签太麻烦了的话，我觉得在书签组头上加一个刷新按钮反而更好实现一些。

加刷新按钮不就成手动刷新了吗，不过太麻烦就先搁置吧，等更多人有需求再说
