With this PR is possible filter the https://dev.g3wsuite.it/it/django-admin/editing/g3weditingfeaturelock/ page by
'user' and 'layer_name'
and search inside the model by the following fields:
'app_name', 'user, 'layer_name', and 'time_locked'
Increased the max number of items per page to 500:
