The recommended approach for a competition is Jupyter.
The recommended approach for an abstract is Word! plain, dead, simple.
You should upload your reviewed artifact on our Zenodo community.
The use of GitHub, Wholetale, Binder, ... is optional.
The included template main_notebook.ipynb should provide you with necessary details.
A Binder link should be included - then everyone can contribute.
You can export to Latex and convert the modified files with the template of the ACM to HTML and PDF or use a different format.
The release can be done through GitHub Zenodo Integration

The word template is included within this folder. Use a citation manager like Zotero, Mendeley,... Export as PDF and HTML via your preferred choice.
