This is the first (non-prerelease) release of Intest in its post-2022 era at GitHub. The release is being made now in order to take a snapshot of Intest as it stood at the release of v10.1.0 of the Inform programming language.
Intest's one build dependency is Inweb, which at the time of this release was in version 7.2.0. Any version of Inweb compatible with 7.2.0 in the semver sense should be fine to build this, and other versions may well be, too.
