Introduction

Find the latest download count of your GitHub release.

Building from Source

Requirements: rust lang

Clone

$ git clone https://github.com/ganeshrvel/github_release_stats.git

$ cd github_release_stats

Run

# debug mode
$  cargo run

# release mode
$  cargo run --release

Build

$ cargo build --release
$ ./target/release/github_release_stats

Configurations

• settings.yaml contains the GitHub repo information.

Redistribute

• Build the program
• Copy the ./target/release/github_release_stats CLI file to wherever you would like to
• Copy settings.yaml file in the same directory as the CLI file.
