What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR updates the
github.com/gardener/etcd-backup-restoredependency version from0.26.0to0.29.0.This is required to run the e2e tests using
FakeGCSandAzuriteemulators as storage providers. As the support for these were released as part ofetcdbr v0.29.0. The respectiveetcdbrPR's are : etcdbr#697 & etcdbr#699.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
