What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR enables to autovendor MCM dependency for every new release of MCM. A PR with vendoring done would be raised to this repo.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
Fixes #

Special notes for your reviewer:
Tested the set_dependency_version file locally. No other testing is done.
