Content-Disposition no longer exists in the request so I moved to using MIME Type

Content-Disposition no longer exists in the request so I fixed this by using a combination of MIME Type and the ID in the URL. Bit ugly to use a dictionary but I don't want to add any external deps where they aren't necessary (unless you know a better solution).
